Arts & Crafts Vendors: $225.00, each additional booth space: $150.00

Non-Profit Vendor: $125.00 you must be pre-approved before you apply.

Non-Profit Vendor’s – Special Note: The Fruit and Nut Festival 2005 has the option to waive the booth fee for one (1) 10’X10’ booth fee for up to 10 booths in the Festival. Organizations wanting a second booth will have to pay the full fee for that booth, if the initial fee is waived.

Electricity: $45.00

Commercial vendor’s and Arts and Crafts vendor’s performance deposits are $30.00 and will be forfeited if the vendor does not leave their booth in a clean condition or vacates their space/closes their space prior to the end of the Festival. Also you must write a separate check for the performance Deposit if you choose not to send a separate check your deposit will become non-refundable for bookkeeping purposes.

Food vendor’s performance deposits are $100.00 and will be forfeited if the vendor does not leave their booth in a clean condition or vacates their space/closes their space prior to the end of the Festival.

All vendors are required to supply the Chamber with a copy of additional insured certificate naming the Hughson Chamber of Commerce, the Hughson Fruit and Nut Festival and their employees, The City of Hughson and the Hughson Unified School District.
All non-reserved available vendor space is provided on a “First Come, First Serve” basis only.

Vendors who are SPONSORS should check the Sponsorship Information Packet for any change on specific benefits.

No Dogs except for Seeing Eye and the Hearing in pared.
